Collaboration

Context

This project was a collective effort partnered with ImpactCity to address the lack of awareness surrounding their entrepreneurial support services among young professionals.

Mission

The Collective Goal

We aimed to identify gaps in the entrepreneurial journey, helping students turn concepts into tangible actions by building a cohesive, engaging ecosystem.

Insights & Discovery
01.

Lack of Visibility

Many residents are unaware of existing hubs like ImpactCity or how to access their supportive networks.

02.

Resource Scarcity

Students lack a centralized "one-stop-shop" for both digital resources and physical workspace booking.

03.

Knowledge Gap

There is a significant need for tailored guidance at specific stages of company development and growth.

Agile Leadership

Operating under the Scrum framework to ensure iterative progress.

As Scrum Master for Sprint 1, I took the lead in defining the sprint scope, prioritizing the backlog, and facilitating retrospectives to keep the team aligned on our core deliverables.

The Solution

The ImpactUp Platform

A comprehensive step-by-step guide designed to lower the barrier to entry for new founders, featuring:

  • Personalized Levels: Theory, practice, and reflection stages.
  • Integrated Calendar: A centralized view of local entrepreneurial events.
  • Map & Locations: Direct access to booking required workspaces.
  • Progress Tracking: Visualizing achievements and business flow evaluation.

Team Collaboration

We were impressed with the quality of the work and the level of detail that the group had paid attention to. I think the practical nature of the app can be extremely valuable for the target audience.
